All Sales Are Final
At Be Comfii, every order is made with care. Because of the nature of our small-batch production, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges for items purchased on our site.
Wrong or Damaged Items
If you received a wrong item or your order arrived damaged, we’ll take care of it right away.
Please email us at info@becomfii.com within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the wrong/damaged item
- Any additional details that can help us resolve the issue
Once received, our team will offer a replacement or refund, depending on availability.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued for:
- Wrong item received
- Damaged item received
- Mislabeled item (ex:size tag incorrect)
Refunds are processed to the original payment method once the issue is verified.
Exchanges
We do not offer size or color exchanges at this time.
If you believe the item you received was mislabeled, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@becomfii.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item and label
If confirmed, we will send a new item or issue a refund.
